Approx 1kg fresh & delicious certified organic butternut grown by Lionel in Harvey. Perfect for this cooler season - so delicious either roasted crisp, in hearty curried chunks or pureed smooth. We love it stuffed, mashed, in risotto, with pasta and of course pumpkin pie!
